Now let’s talk about what you need to do if you witness an accident.  According to Erie Insurance 5.4 million car accidents happen every year in the US.  That is just over 10 accidents a minute.  Crazy amount of fender benders.  Take a look at Please Drive While Driving if you don’t believe that stat as people post things with #whiledriving.  The likelihood of you either being in an accident or witnessing one is pretty high.
