Rather than looking down trying to find the icon on your cell to call home, why not give voice commands a try? You don’t have to take your eyes off the road and you can do all kinds of cool things — even play a song.
We all know we should not text under any circumstances while we are driving. Besides texting, there are a number of things we use our cell phones for (often while driving a car) that we could be using voice commands for. When voice commands first made their debut they were terrible. I blamed it on my Western Pennsylvania accent but the truth is, it couldn’t even detect the word “Call” half the time. I gave up on it. However, after reading this great blog, I have started using my voice commands again and it is MUCH better than it used to be.
Accidents happen in a split second. Rather than looking down trying to find the icon on your cell to call home, why not give voice commands a try? You don’t have to take your eyes off the road and you can do all kinds of cool things — even play a song. Who knew? This is a great read – I hope you will put some of these into practice in your own car!
